England 5-83 against Sri Lanka

Rain is hampering Sri Lanka's push for victory against England in the second Test at Headingley.

England were 5-83, requiring a further 267 runs to reach their victory target of 350, when rain forced an early lunch on the fifth day of the second Test against Sri Lanka at Headingley on Tuesday.

Joe Root was nine not out and Moeen Ali 22 not out.

The two-match series is level at 0-0 after the first Test at Lord's was drawn.
