It's been discovered in Canada that medical experiments were conducted on the country's indigenous children during the 1940s and 50s.

Experiments on Canadian indigenous children

Many people have been left outraged and shocked in Canada, after a university researcher discovered medical experiments had been conducted on the country's indigenous children during the 1940s and 50s.

 

In the experiments, students who were already malnourished were deprived of sufficient food for two years at a time.

 

North American correspondent John Stempin told Ron Sutton why the experiments were conducted.
