  • $1.3 billion: rebuilding and repairing Westmead, St George, Sutherland and Gosford hospitals. Will also fund new Byron Central Hospital over four years
  • $103 million: to finish South West Rail Link for 2014/15
  • $100 million: more cash reserved for the Hunter Investment Fund
  • $100 million: new Regional Tourism Infrastructure fund
  • $400 million: reserved for Parramatta light rail, subject to business case
  • $500 million: child protection, over four years
  • $398 million: more work for 33km WestConnex motorway in 2014/15
  • $587 million: preparing disability community for the NDIS
  • $83 million: Housing Acceleration Fund to open up land and fund infrastructure
  • $ 5 million: to kick-start procurement of new $2.8 billion fleet of inter-city trains
  • Threshold for first home owner grant raised by $100,000 to $750,000 for new properties
  • Foreigners to be denied access to $5000 New Home Owner Grant from July 1. Also restricted to one grant per person, per year
  • Further five per cent reduction to WorkCover premiums for injured employees
  • Northern Beaches motorway tunnel, F6 extension and M9 corridor feasibility studies
