Fardy back for Brumbies' Super Rugby derby

Wallabies flanker Scott Fardy will return to the Brumbies' Super Rugby side to face the Waratahs while Chris Alcock has been left out with concussion.

The Brumbies have brought Wallabies flanker Scott Fardy back into the team for their Super Rugby derby with the Waratahs on Saturday night.

Chris Alcock hasn't recovered from concussion in time to take his place while James Dargaville will be replaced on the wing by Nigel Ah Wong.

Ben Hyne drops to the bench after replacing Fardy last week in the Brumbies victory over the Force.

Brumbies: Aidan Toua, Henry Speight, Tevita Kuridrani, Kyle Godwin, Nigel Ah Wong, Wharenui Hawera, Joe Powell, Jordan Smiler, Lolo Fakaosilea, Scott Fardy, Sam Carter (capt), Rory Arnold, Allan Alaalatoa, Josh Mann-Rea, Ben Alexander.
