A written complaint will reportedly be sent to the Cronulla NRL club, amid revelations banned duo Andrew and David Fifita had turned up last weekend to watch matches in western Sydney.
The twins copped six-week NRL bans for an incident at an A-grade match last month, with Andrew also receiving a $30,000 fine for referee abuse.
The Penrith and District Junior Rugby League (PDJRL) handed out out 12-month bans of its own to the brothers but, according to Fairfax Media, it didn't stop them watching the St Mary's reserve grade side - the team David coaches - at Kings Way Oval.
PDJRL general manager Phil Cummins said both of them were outside the fence looking in.
"I heard that the team went over to them at the end of the game to give them a high five because they won the game in reserve grade.
"I just think for their own safety, they should stay away. Someone is likely to stir them up and I think, for their own interests, they should be staying away from there. For their own interests and ours, it would be nice if they didn't come. We don't want any more issues - we are into our finals and grand finals now," Cummins told Fairfax Media.
Cummins said the pair were yet to apologise to the referee they abused and the Sharks had not made good on their promise to pass on some of the fine money.
"Nothing - and they haven't apologised to the referee," Cummins said. "I'm disappointed. It would have been nice to have that done straight away. I'm going to put in a message to the footy manager just to say that for the game, their own interests and the interests of Cronulla, they should stay away.
"I'd like them to just stay away, keep up their side of the bargain and just stay away from the junior league. Good luck to them at Cronulla."
