A Filipino woman scheduled for execution in Indonesia at the same time as two Australians has had her request for a judicial review rejected.

Mary Jane Fiesta Veloso's lawyers were confident she would be granted the review due to not having a qualified translator for the Tagalog speaker at her trial.

They argue also that Veloso was the victim of an international drug syndicate who was tricked into bringing heroin to central Java in 2010, believing she was arriving for a job as a domestic worker.

The Indonesian Supreme Court website says her request was rejected on Wednesday. Spokesman Ridwan Mansyur said the judge's reasons would eventually be published.

"But in principle, the judges have considered various aspects and documents and evidence in making their consideration for their verdict," he said.

Jakarta has 10 drug offenders, including Veloso and Australians Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran, awaiting execution. It is waiting on the outcomes of their various appeals before setting a date for the firing squad, which would shoot them all simultaneously.

Veloso's appeal was expected to take the longest of the seven prisoners who have action in the courts.

It typically takes three months for the courts to determine whether to proceed with a judicial review but Veloso's case was prioritised.

Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario visited the 30-year-old single mother earlier this week for a one-hour closed-door meeting, according to Indonesian media reports.
