A former financial planner has been charged with 33 counts of fraud related to the loss of $10 million in clients' superannuation funds.
Bradley Sherwin was the principal of Sherwin Financial Planners, which collapsed in 2013 owing more than $30 million to clients.
He faced Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with 33 counts of dishonestly causing $10 million in client losses between 2009 and 2012.
He did not enter a plea and was granted conditional bail, and will appear in court again on July 23.
Sherwin has already been banned from providing financial services for more than two years.
He was also chairman of Wickham Securities, which collapsed in 2013 owing more than $27 million to creditors, and faces one charge of dishonestly breaching his duties in that role.
