A suspicious fire has ripped through a yacht club on Sydney Harbour, causing more than $500,000 in damage.
Emergency crews were called to the Middle Harbour Yacht Club at Mosman just before 11pm on Sunday.
The building was well alight, sending smoke across Sydney's lower north shore, police said.
No one was inside the building at the time of the incident.
