Manly five-eighth Kieran Foran is reportedly set to sign a four-year, multimillion-dollar deal with NRL rival Parramatta by the end of the week.

Fairfax revealed on Thursday the Sea Eagles star only needs to work through the final stages of the rich contract before linking with former Manly assistant and now Parramatta head coach Brad Arthur from 2016.

The New Zealand international will become the second high-profile Sea Eagle to leave Brookvale for Parramatta following Anthony Watmough's move to the Eels.

Foran has taken a low-key approach to negotiations unlike fellow off-contract halves partner Daly Cherry-Evans, who has met with several Sydney clubs over his future.

Cherry-Evans will announce his new club on Friday.
