Former Vic bikie charged over road rage

A former bikie is expected to face a Melbourne court charged over a road rage incident involving a motorist and a cyclist.

A former bikie gang member has been charged over an alleged road rage incident in Melbourne.

A 40-year-old Docklands man is facing numerous assault-related charges following an incident involving a motorist and cyclist in Docklands on Monday night.

The man is expected to appear in Melbourne Magistrate's Court on Friday.

Police arrested the man on Friday morning following the alleged assault in Harbour Esplanade, in Docklands, late on Monday night.

He has been charged with conduct endangering persons, driving in a dangerous manner, intentionally or recklessly causing injury and unlawful assault.
