Three men and a woman have been charged following a brawl at a pub in which two bar staff were injured in Sydney's inner west.

Police made the four arrests after being called to the pub in Glebe at about 11pm on Saturday, while the two male staff members were treated at the scene by ambulance paramedics for minor injuries.

The three men, aged 19, 21 and 24, and the woman, 19, have each been charged with assault causing actually bodily harm and affray, police said.

All four have been granted bail to appear in a Sydney court next month.
