Four injured in Sydney cricket brawl

Four cricket fans have been injured in Sydney after a brawl broke out during a telecast of the World Cup clash between India and Pakistan.

Dramatic footage shows security guards trying to break up the fight at Merrylands RSL.

The fight involved approximately 40 people who were watching the match at the Merrylands RSL at about 9.30pm last night.
 
Videos posted online show chairs and other objects being thrown.
 
A man is also seen lying on the ground after having what appears to be a plate smashed over his head.
 
Officers and other emergency personnel arrived shortly after. They say four people sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Three were taken to Westmead Hospital and one to Auburn Hospital.
 
Detectives are reviewing CCTV footage from inside the club.
 
No arrests have yet been made.
