Four more 'Brothers 4 Life' charged in NSW

Four more Brothers 4 Life gang members have been charged over shootings that have terrorised western Sydney since last year.

Four more men have been charged after NSW police swooped on the Brothers 4 Life crime gang, wanted over a string of Sydney shootings.

Ten alleged gang members are in police custody on Thursday.

The four just charged were among six arrested over two shootings in Sydney last year, including one that resulted in the death of 27-year Yehyah Amood.

Police say a 25-year-old Belmore man was charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder, shooting with intent to murder, and hindering an investigation.

A 28-year-old Revesby Heights man was charged with murder, shooting with intent to murder, and discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

Both will appear at Bankstown Local Court on Thursday.

A 23-year-old was charged at Wollongong Police Station with discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

He will appear at Wollongong Local Court on Thursday.

A 28-year-old Greenacre man was charged at Silverwater with discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

He remains in custody and will appear in Bankstown Local Court on Friday.

Two others are still being interviewed.

Earlier, four alleged gang members were charged with offences including attempted murder after a shooting in Sydney's southwest.

Two men suffered gunshot wounds and are being treated in hospital after the incident outside a cafe in West Terrace just after midnight (AEDT) on Thursday.

Three men - aged 18, 21 and 22 - are charged with attempted murder and firearms offences, while a 22-year-old is charged with being an accessory.

They will appear in Fairfield Local Court on Thursday.
