Australian duo Jessica Fox and Lucien Delfour have won gold and bronze respectively on day two of the fourth ICF slalom World Cup in La Seu d'Urgell, Spain.

Fox recorded her third straight C1 World Cup victory in Spain in as many years after she recovered from a touch on the opening gate to record an emphatic seven second victory.

The dual world champion kept it clean down the remaining 22 gates after her early mistake to record a time of 110.51 and increase her lead on top of the rankings on Saturday.

The 21 year old shared the podium with Czech veteran Katerina Hoskova and British paddler Kimberley Woods.

La Seu d'Urgell has also been a favourite for Delfour in recent times.

In his third K1 final in as many years, Delfour improved on his semi-final run by two seconds to record a clean run of 90.50 in the final.

The 26 year old lead the field with two boats to come, but was beaten by French World Champion Boris Neveu and local favourite Samuel Hernanz.

Delfour, racing in a new boat for the first time in preparation for next month's World Championships in London, which double as an Olympic qualifier, finished 1.44 seconds behind Neveu who won in 89.06.

The performance will no doubt give him confidence leading into the final World Cup in Pau, France next week.

Fox will be the sole Australian in action on Sunday. She will contest the women's K1 semifinals from 5:30pm AEST.

The top 10 will advance to the final at 8:00pm.
