"We have experience playing against them in the FA Cup a year ago and it wasn't an easy day for us," Jokanovic told reporters.
"But they haven't changed much and we might see a similar starting 11 for Spurs."
Spurs, who are preparing to move into their new 62,000-seater stadium, did not sign any players in the close season transfer window.
However, Jokanovic expects a tough start with the pressure on him after a 2-0 opening weekend loss to Crystal Palace.
"This is a tough game ahead of us," he added. "But it's a great opportunity for us to test against one of the top teams.
"We are returning to Wembley as a Premier League team. We worked well this week, building our spirit and working on the way we want to play football."
Jokanovic will be without Tim Ream and Alfie Mawson in defence through injuries, while Denis Odoi is serving a two-game suspension after his red card in the playoff final victory over Aston Villa last season.
