Sir Bob Geldof has reformed the Band Aid supergroup to record a new charity single to raise money for Ebola.

Geldof was the brains behind a 1984 version of the single to help those affected by famine in Ethiopia.

That single raised millions for the cause and was re-recorded in 1989 and 2004.

This week, Geldof confirmed a new group of artists would re-record the single, this time to raise money for the Ebola epidemic.

The list of artists so far on board included Bono, Chris Martin, Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding and One Direction.

The song will be available for downloading on November 17.
