German cops nab woman, 76, for coke party

German police have arrested at 76-year-old bar owner for holding a cocaine celebration to mark her birthday.

A 76-year-old woman who decided to celebrate her birthday with a free-for-all cocaine bash in her Berlin bar has been arrested, German police say.

Officers arrested the birthday lady late on Thursday, a spokesman said, after being tipped off that the illegal drug was being passed around in her establishment.

Inside, they found many of the customers under the influence of cocaine, which they believed was supplied by the owner, who was not named.

The woman was previously arrested late last month after police found 35 grams of cocaine in her bar and her apartment.

She had been bailed just last Saturday in that matter.

This time her bar was ordered closed, police said.
