German tourist missing in outback Qld

A German tourist has been missing for a week in outback Queensland and was last seen wearing camouflage gear.

A German tourist wearing camouflage gear has gone missing in the Queensland outback.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help find the 26-year-old, who is believed to have been walking between Windorah and Jundah in the state's south west on February 17. He was last seen about 5pm (AEST).

He's described as being about 175cm tall, weighing about 70kg, with brown hair and glasses.

He was last seen wearing brown camouflage style pants, a brown, long-sleeve shirt and a broad brim hat.
