Greater Western Sydney have suffered a double blow ahead of Sunday's AFL game against Carlton, with stars Jeremy Cameron and Tom Scully ruled out through injury.

The key pair were withdrawn from the Giants squad on Friday and replaced by Jono O'Rourke and Zac Williams for the clash at Spotless Stadium.

Cameron, the club's leading goal-scorer, had been rated a `70-30' chance of playing the round-14 fixture after injuring his ankle in last weekend's historic 45-point win over Brisbane.

It's understood Scully, who had 30 disposals in the Lions match, hurt his hamstring during training. It's unclear how serious the injury is.
