Perth Glory have launched a bold four-year strategic plan in which it hopes to win an A-League title, boost annual revenue by $3 million annually, and crash through the 10,000 membership mark.
Glory are also planning to host an A-League match in South-East Asia during the timeframe, while another key objective is to win the Asian Champions League by 2021/22.
The strategic plan, dubbed 'The Perth Glory Way' was launched on Wednesday, with the club hopeful it can turn a profit by 2018.
Perth have also set their sights on moving into a new training and administrative headquarters by 2018.
Glory were a powerhouse club of the now-defunct NSL, but they have struggled both on and off the field since the A-League began in 2005.
Perth owner Tony Sage has pumped millions of dollars into the club since taking ownership in 2007.
But the target has now been set for the club to generate a profit within three years.
It plans to do this by doubling corporate sponsorship to $4 million annually and boosting home crowds to 12,500 per match.
Glory also want its W-League outfit to become a force on the field by consistently making the finals and winning the title within the next four years.
"We will be stronger, unified and a more successful club as a result of this vision," Sage said.
"We are committed to this strategic plan and we look forward to the rewards that it will deliver."
The announcement of the strategic plan comes on the back of the team's club-record five-match winning streak.
Glory coach Kenny Lowe has made a strong effort to attract local talent back to the club.
Shane Lowry signed with the club during the January transfer window, while fellow local star Adam Taggart also returned to his hometown.
Seventh-placed Perth can crash into the top six with victory over ladder leaders Western Sydney at Pirtek Stadium on Friday night.
