Goodman's HY profit falls 39.4% to $557m

Goodman Group has raised its interim dividend by 0.8 cents to 12.7 cents per share, despite both revenue and net profit falling in the first half.

Commercial and industrial property group Goodman's first-half net profit has slumped 39.4 per cent to $557 million.

The company's revenue was also down, by 26.4 per cent to $1.28 billion, in the six months to December 31.

Goodman's will pay an unfranked interim dividend of 12.7 cents per security, up 0.8 cents.
