Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester has reportedly married actor Adam Brody in a secret ceremony.
The couple became engaged in November 2013. They have never publicly spoken about their engagement.
Just three months later, the pair have quietly got married, reports Us Weekly.
Brody was previously linked to his O.C. co-star Rachel Bilson while Leighton dated actor Aaron Himelstein.
While neither talk much about their romantic lives, Meester has made it clear that she takes being in love very seriously. The 27-year-old said recently that she's always been nervous to make herself vulnerable.
"I haven't been in a lot of relationships, but I've been in love," she told the American edition of Cosmopolitan.
"There's an inexplicable chemistry. You just really, really want to, like, stare at the person. I've never fallen in love right off the bat. I get scared to say I love you too soon because it means so much. It means you're not seeing an end to things."
Meester also insisted she goes for nice guys rather than "bad boys". According to the actress, it's much more fulfilling to be with someone you can respect and who respects you.
