Cronulla back-rower Wade Graham has escaped suspension despite being charged for a high tackle by the NRL Match Review Committee.

Graham was cited for a shot on Justin O'Neill in the Sharks' 39-0 defeat to North Queensland on Saturday which ended their season.

He was charged with a grade two careless high tackle offence but will be free to play in Cronulla's 2016 season opener with an early guilty plea.

He was the only player charged from the weekend's games.
