Queensland Reds coach Richard Graham says he's not overly worried about his position at the Super Rugby club despite the axe hanging over his head.
The Reds' horrible 2015 campaign ended on Saturday night with a 31-5 drubbing against the NSW Waratahs in Sydney.
Queensland did their best to spoil the party for the Waratahs, trailing 3-0 at halftime before crumbling in the second half and giving up four tries.
Graham's position is being assessed by an organisation review, but - with a head-coaching record of nine wins from 32 matches at 28 per cent during his time at the Reds - it's hard to see him staying at Ballymore.
"That's out of my hands at the moment ... (It's up to) an independent review and they'll make their decision. I can't control it, so I'm not overly worried about it at this point in time," he said.
"That's been going on in the background but it's not something I can control, so the whole focus has been on getting the performance that we want right at the Reds, and to come down here and get the win."
The Reds won just four matches this year to sit three points above the last-placed Western Force, who Graham coached before the leaving them in 2012.
"It's been a tough year, that's probably an understatement, but you could put me back out there next Saturday and I'd start the season again, competitive and with a real desire to win and get things right," Graham said.
Former Leinster coach Matt O'Connor is the favourite to snare Graham's job at the Reds for next season.
