Greece has become the first developed country to be in arrears to the International Monetary Fund, as it missed a key repayment deadline.

It came as eurozone finance ministers decided not to extend Greece's bailout program.

As Santilla Chingaipe reports, the developments have sparked fears of the country being at risk of leaving the euro single currency.
