Greens to renew push for federal ICAC

Amid the ongoing entitlements row the Australian Greens will try and renew their push for a national corruption watchdog.

The Greens will renew their push for a national corruption watchdog amid concerns about the entitlements of federal MPs.

The minor party will bring a private bill to the Senate on Thursday.

Within a proposed federal body will be a parliamentary integrity commissioner enabling MPs to check what they're entitled to claim under rules.
