Grimes charged with rough conduct in AFL

Richmond defender Dylan Grimes has been charged with rough conduct by the AFL match review panel.

Richmond defender Dylan Grimes was the only player charged by the AFL match review panel in round 23, but he is in no danger of missing any finals action.

Grimes can accept a $1000 fine with an early guilty plea after being charged with rough conduct against St Kilda's Josh Bruce in Sunday's match at the MCG which the Tigers won by 41 points to shore up third spot on the ladder.

The incident was assessed as careless conduct with low impact to the head.
