Influential duo Steve Johnson and Shane Mumford have joined Brett Deledio in Greater Western Sydney's line-up to face Melbourne in Saturday's key AFL clash in Canberra.

Other key inclusions for round 20 include Gold Coast's Gary Ablett, North Melbourne's Todd Goldstein and St Kilda's Nick Riewoldt.

Carlton named Matthew Kreuzer, concussed last week in a tackle, which led to Geelong superstar Patrick Dangerfield being suspended.

Surprisingly, Western Bulldogs captain Bob Murphy is out of the team to play Brisbane at the Gabba but is listed as a travelling emergency.

The Giants are looking to tighten their grip on a top-four finish, while the seventh-placed Demons need to shore up their hold on a finals berth.

Youngster Jacob Hopper is in for GWS who are without star Jeremy Cameron because of a hamstring injury.

Melbourne regain Bernie Vince and co-captain Nathan Jones, with former basketballer Corey Maynard to debut.

The Demons will be without gun forward Jesse Hogan. He broke a collarbone in the North Melbourne loss.

Deledio, after persistent calf issues, will play his first GWS game since his high-profile trade from Richmond.

Geelong, minus Dangerfield, for Friday night's home clash with Sydney, are missing captain Josh Kennedy with a hamstring injury.

Kurt Tippett, Sam Reid and Gary Rohan are key inclusions for Sydney.

Zach Guthrie and Sam Simpson come in for the Cats. Nakia Cockatoo has a hamstring strain.

Essendon rested veteran James Kelly and No.1 draft pick Andrew McGrath for Saturday's Carlton clash at the MCG.

Josh Green, Patrick Ambrose and Ben Howlett are in for the Bombers, while the Blues made four changes with cult figure Dennis Armfield earning a recall.

The Dogs lost Tory Dickson to a quad strain but regained Jack Redpath and Clay Smith.

Dayne Zorko returns for last-placed Brisbane, along with young guns Eric Hipwood, Jarrod Berry and Hugh McCluggage.

Suns co-captain Steven May is back to play Fremantle in Perth as coach Rodney Eade made six changes, while the Dockers included Jonathon Griffin and Danyle Pearce.

The Kangaroos lost Majak Daw (foot) and Jarrad Waite (calf) to injury, with youngster Nick Larkey joining Goldstein to face Collingwood on Saturday night at Etihad Stadium.

Nathan Buckley stuck with the same line-up who coughed up a 50-point lead to draw with Adelaide.

Dion Prestia is back for Richmond's Sunday MCG clash with Hawthorn, but Tigers spearhead Jack Riewoldt will miss another week after eye surgery.

Ty Vickery is in the Hawks' extended squad, which is missing the suspended Luke Hodge.

Adelaide regained key trio Brad Crouch, Jake Lever and Eddie Betts for Sunday's huge derby with Port Adelaide.

The Power lost Matthew Broadbent to an ankle injury, with Angus Monfries one of four players added to a 25-man squad.

Saints Tom Hickey, Koby Stevens and Nathan Wright were included alongside Riewoldt for the West Coast match at Etihad Stadium.

The Eagles added Chris Masten, Matt Priddis, Nathan Vardy and Josh Hill to an extended squad.
