Hawks Hodge has suspected broken arm

Hawthorn appear to have suffered a significant blow with star skipper Luke Hodge suffering a suspected broken arm against Geelong.

Hawthorn premiership captain Luke Hodge is facing weeks on the sidelines after suffering a suspected broken arm in his side's Easter Monday loss to Geelong.

Hodge suffered a glancing blow in a challenge from Cats utility Mitch Duncan late in the final term of the 30-point loss at the MCG and was seen after the match applying ice to his right forearm.

Coach Alastair Clarkson couldn't confirm a fracture immediately after the game but added "it doesn't look too good" while Duncan was reported for rough conduct over the incident.
