People in Vanuatu are being given health advice via text message, warning them of the life-threatening diseases in the wake of Cyclone Pam.

Aid Agency Save the Children has been providing relief support to the victims and says notifying the community via text has been effective.

The agency's country director, Tom Skirrow, spoke with Van Nguyen.
