A knee injury has ruled Newcastle Jets player Emilie Heskey out of Saturday's A-League match against the Western Sydney Wanderers at Hunter Stadium.

However Newcastle Jets marquee Emile Heskey's A-League career hasn't been as succesful.

Plaugued by injury, the former England international says he still has plenty to offer.
