Holden gives more detail on new Commodore

Car maker Holden has provided more details about its new, fully imported, Commodore which will come to the market in 2018.

Car producer Holden has revealed details of its new top-of-the-range Commodore which will replace the locally-built model in 2018.

The Commodore VXR will feature a 235 kilowatt, V6 engine linked to a nine-speed automatic transmission and will be all-wheel-drive.

The car will launch alongside the rest of the new Commodore range early next year, just months after the closure of the company's assembly operations in Adelaide.
