Hollywood trainer guilty of Vic assault

A former fitness trainer to Hollywood stars including Beyonce and Britney Spears has admitted breaking into a Melbourne home and assaulting its occupants.

A dramatic fall from grace led a once highly sought after Hollywood trainer to commit armed robbery and assault, a Melbourne court has heard.

Aysen Unlu, 39, faced the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday, pleading guilty to charges of armed robbery and assault at a home in Melbourne, and theft charges over stealing toys including a Peppa Pig doll.

Unlu, who is also known as Janet Edwards and Janet Campbell, was a Hollywood fitness trainer to stars including Beyonce and Britney Spears, but was now a single mother who should be given the opportunity to avoid prison, her lawyer Jim Stavris said.
