Homeless man arrested over Vic woman's death

Police have arrested a homeless man in southern NSW over the death of a woman in a Melbourne park.

42-year-old Scott Allen Miller was arrested on the NSW far south coast and taken to Eden police station yesterday afternoon.

He'll appear before Bateman's Bay Court today, where Victorian detectives are expected to apply for his extradition.

Miller's apprehension followed the discovery of the naked body of a 32-year-old Chinese woman in Melbourne's Kings Domain on Saturday.
