Hopes fade for Bali Nine duo

The Australian government says it's continuing to try and spare the lives of Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran.

The Federal Government says it's continuing to try and spare the lives of Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran.

The Indonesian government is believed to be planning to execute the two Australians in the very near future, despite the protestations of the Australian government.

Prime Minister Tony Abbott says legal options are still available to the men.

But he says, while he's spoken to Indonesian president Joko Widodo, Australia cannot go overboard in applying pressure to Indonesia

SBS reporter Luke Waters is in Bali, and Peggy Giakoumelos asked him what, if any, legal options are still available.
