Renovation series House Rules can now safely call itself the number one weeknight show after knocking The Voice off top spot.
The Seven Network's House Rules hit a season high on Monday when the final house reveal attracted 1.793 million viewers to be the number one show.
It not only won the night but crunched the Nine Network's once unstoppable singing series The Voice by more than 350,000 viewers.
The second night of showdowns on The Voice attracted 1.425 million watchers, which was only enough to land the series third spot.
Seven News was second with an audience of 1.510 million.
The Voice's Monday night ratings have been in decline for several weeks and, while it still does big numbers, it's no longer a show to be feared by Seven.
What may be more of concern for Nine was the performance of its local drama series House Husbands, which came in off the back of The Voice and yet was only 10th with 891,000 viewers.
It was beaten by Seven's imported series Revenge (ninth/926,000) which has started to pick up again in the ratings.
