Hunt knocks Silva out in first round

There was no repeat of their previous classic as Mark Hunt knocked out Antonio Silva in the first round of their heavyweight bout.

Mark Hunt has delivered a first-round knockout to defeat Antonio Silva in their UFC193 heavyweight bout at Melbourne's Etihad Stadium.

The 41-year-old from Auckland delivered a right cross that felled Silva before delivering a sickening uppercut to the Brazilian.

Referee John Sharp stopped the fight after three minutes and 30 seconds.
