'I love Latinos,' Trump says at US border

Presidential hopeful Donald Trump has run into fresh controversy as he staged a visit to Texas' border with Mexico. A border patrol union boycotted his visit and the League of United Latin American Citizens also protested it.

The billionaire property mogul had previously caused outrage by saying that Mexican immigrants to the US are rapists and criminals.

But as he toured the border, Trump said he loved Hispanics and only had a problem with illegal immigrants.
