Indiana keep pace with east's best in NBA

Indiana Pacers, Los Angeles Clippers and MinnesotaTimberwolves have recorded contrasting wins in the NBA.

Victor Oladipo scored 16 of his 21 points in the second half while fellow guard Darren Collison finished with 19 points and nine assists to help the surging Indiana Pacers trounce the Charlotte Hornets 120-95.

Bojan Bogdanovic and Domantas Sabonis both contributed 16 points for Indiana.

"Me, Bojan (Bogdanovic), Vic, we were all being aggressive on the pick-and-roll," Collison said.

"When all three of us are aggressive, it's tough to beat us."

The Pacers have won four of their past five games to improve to 31-15 on the season and consolidate third spot in the eastern conference.

Kemba Walker led the Hornets with 23 points but didn't get enough from a supporting cast that was held in check.

Tobias Harris had 27 points, nine rebounds and nine assists as the Los Angeles Clippers' 103-95 road win at the San Antonio Spurs snapped a five-game losing streak.

LaMarcus Aldridge had 30 points and 14 rebounds for San Antonio, which committed 18 turnovers.

The Clippers led for all but 14 seconds in handing the Spurs their second-straight loss at home.

Patrick Beverly and Montrezl Harrell scored 18 points apiece for the Clippers (25-21) while Avery Bradley added 15.

Rudy Gay had 19 points and Marco Belinelli added 12 points for San Antonio, who slipped to 27-21 but hold onto sixth in the western conference.

Derrick Rose hit an 18-footer with 0.6 seconds left to give the Minnesota Timberwolves a 116-114 victory over the Phoenix Suns.

Rose scored 29 of his 31 points in the second half to help Minnesota overcome an 11-point deficit.

Karl-Anthony Towns had 28 of his 30 points in the first half for the Timberwolves.

T.J. Warren led Phoenix with 21 points with Devin Booker and Kelly Oubre, Jr. each adding 18.
