Four Indonesian fishermen have been rescued from a makeshift raft after spending eight days adrift in the Timor Sea.
An aircraft initially spotted the raft on Tuesday night and arranged assistance from nearby fishing vessel AFV Exodus.
The four men were pulled from the water in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The men, who were further assisted by naval officers on board HMAS Maitland, will be repatriated to their home port of Kupang in Indonesia.
