Joe Ingles got a rare start for Utah and was solid as the Jazz rolled Phoenix in the last minute while Golden State used a 78-point first-half explosion to crush defending NBA champions Cleveland on Monday.

The Warriors emphatically snapped a four-game losing streak to the Cavaliers in a 126-91 thrashing with Klay Thompson scoring a game-high 26 points and Draymond Green recorded an 11-point, 13-rebound, 11-assist triple-double.

It propelled the Warriors to their first win over the Cavaliers since game four of last year's NBA Finals.

The Warriors led 37-22 after one quarter, then turned the game into a blowout over the final 3:31 of the second period, using an 18-3 flurry to open a 78-49 halftime advantage.

Lebron James finished with a team-high 20 points for the Cavaliers, who were completing an 11-day, six-game trip. Cleveland (29-11) split the six games, also losing at Utah and Portland.

James missed 12 of his 18 shots and three of his four three-point attempts.

In Phoenix, Joe Johnson scored 10 of his 15 points in the fourth quarter, including the go-ahead three-pointer with 49.8 seconds to play in a 106-101 victory over the Suns.

The Jazz scored the final seven points after TJ Warren's steal and breakaway dunk put Phoenix ahead 101-99 with 1:13 left.

It was the Jazz's seventh win in a row over Phoenix.

Rudy Gobert had 18 points and 17 rebounds for Utah. Gordon Hayward and George Hill scored 17 apiece.

Due to Rodney Hood's knee injury, Australian Ingles got only his fourth start of the season in 42 appearances for the Jazz this campaign, and delivered five assists and 11 points on four-of-six shooting.

Crucially, Utah were +14 with him on the floor during his 33 minutes.

In New York, Dennis Schroder has scored 28 points, including the go-ahead three-pointer with 22 seconds left, to lead the Atlanta Hawks to a 108-107 victory over the New York Knicks.

The Knicks had three attempts at a desperately needed victory, but Derrick Rose, Carmelo Anthony and Joakim Noah all couldn't convert before time expired.

Bradley Beal scored 25 points and John Wall had 24 as the Washington Wizards took a page from the Portland Trail Blazers' playbook by hitting 13 three-pointers in a comfortable 120-101.

Joel Embiid scored 12 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter and the Philadelphia 76ers won for the fourth time in five games, beating the Milwaukee Bucks 113-104.

Jeff Teague fell just short of the first triple double of his career Monday, and Paul George scored 20 points to help the Indiana Pacers hold off the New Orleans Pelicans 98-95.

Nikola Jokic scored a career-high 30 points, Emmanuel Mudiay dished out a career-best 13 assists and the Denver Nuggets followed up their "home" win in London with another at the Pepsi Center, beating the Orlando Magic 125-112.

Isaiah Thomas scored 17 of his 35 points in the fourth quarter as the surging Boston Celtics beat the Charlotte Hornets 108-98.
