It comes as Samsung won a patent battle against Apple.
The iPad maker is trying to stop its South Korean rival from selling the Galaxy, claiming the product infringes its registered design.
In other words, it is saying Samsung copied it.
But in his ruling, Judge Colin Birss said of Samsung's Galaxy, "They do not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design," adding, "They are not as cool."
He also said the Galaxy is much thinner with unusual details on the back.
Apple is trying to protect the very market it created by launching the iPad years ago. It now owns 65 per cent of the tablet computer market.
