Isentia chairman Doug Flynn to retire

Isentia chairman Doug Flynn has announced his intention to retire at the end of the company's annual general meeting next month.

Isentia chairman Dough Flynn is due to retire after three years in the role.

Mr Flynn, who was appointed as chairman and director of the board prior to the company listing on the ASX in June 2014, announced he will not stand for re-election at next month's annual general meeting.

A successor to Mr Flynn will be appointed in due course, Isentia said in a statement on Thursday.
