Israeli newspaper photoshops Angela Merkel out of Paris image

An ultra-Orthodox Jewish newspaper has allegedly photoshopped German Chancellor Angela Merkel out of a photo of a march in Paris.

An Israeli newspaper has allegedly photoshopped German Chancellor Angela Merkel and other female leadersout of an image of a Paris march.

The ultra-Orthodox newspaper, named HaMevaser, printed the photo in a recent edition but appeared to remove the German leader and other female figures, making no mention of them in the accompanying text.

Ms Merkel is noticeably absent from French Francoise Hollande’s side as are other female leaders including EU foreign affairs and security chief Frederica Mogherini.
