Jackman has another skin cancer removed

Hugh Jackman has revealed via his Instagram account that he's had a second skin cancer removed from his nose.

Wolverine star Hugh Jackman has had another cancer scare after having a basal cell carcinoma removed last year.

The superstar posted a snap of his bandaged nose to his Instagram account on Friday and urged fellow Australians to remember to wear sunscreen.

"Another Basel Cell Carsinoma (sic). All out now. PLEASE! PLEASE! WEAR SUNSCREEN!" he wrote.

Fans were concerned about the action man, with the snap garnering more than 2500 likes in about 10 minutes.

His latest selfie mirrors one taken in November 2013 after he had a cancer removed from his nose.

Hopefully the latest operation has healed up well before he's called up to promote the hotly anticipated X-Men: Days of Future Past, which premieres in a fortnight.
