JB Holmes has won the US PGA Tour's Houston Open, parring the second extra hole to win in a three-way playoff on Sunday.
The 33-year-old American tapped in at the 18th to take the title from compatriot Johnson Wagner, who missed a five-foot par putt.
In-form reigning Australian Open champion Jordan Spieth was earlier eliminated at the first extra hole.
Holmes came from six shots behind in the final round with a best round of the day of 64 to tie with Wagner (69) and Spieth (70) at 16-under for the tournament.
