Jeff won't be the only Horn on the card at Suncorp Stadium later this month, with little brother Ben in line for a prime time debut.
The former world title holder's battle with Anthony Mundine on November 30 is being billed as the biggest all-Australian fight night in history.
And the other Horn brother will be a part of the action too when he meets Townsville's Lachlan O'Shea as one of at least seven undercards currently listed.
Ben is no stranger to the arena though, serving as Jeff's cut-man during his famous upset of Manny Pacquiao for the WBO world welterweight title last year.
"He's always wanted to fight, loved it as well, been involved and it's great he'll get this debut opportunity fighting at Suncorp in his first fight," Jeff told AAP.
"It's only his debut, but it'll be a draw card ... the most annoying thing is that I probably won't be able to watch unless it's on in the dressing room."
The brothers often spar together but haven't lately because Ben's style is too far from what Mundine is likely to throw up.
"He's a very strong fighter and comes forward," Horn said.
Horn kept it simple when asked what sort of advice he will offer.
"Just keep your hands up," he grinned.
Meanwhile, Melbourne Rebels signing Quade Cooper is yet to appear on the billing despite reports that he would add to his three professional bouts with another showing on a Mundine card.
