Australia's Jessica Fox has won silver in the women's K1 at the opening event of the Canoe Slalom World Cup season in Ivrea, Italy, adding to the gold she won in the non-Olympic C1 24 hours earlier.
Fox struggled in the semi-final on Sunday morning, picking up three penalties and qualifying fifth for the final.
But her run in the afternoon was much cleaner, with only Germany's Ricardo Funk on the last run of the competition able to better her time.
Funk finished in 102.98 seconds, 0.35 seconds ahead of Fox.
Second place is a good start for the 2016 season, Fox said.
"It was a bit shaky at the start today, so I really wanted to improve on my semi.
"I've got a couple more races to get things right and then do the final tweaks before the Olympics."
Fox will compete in the next two World Cup events and then in the U23 World Championships before heading to Rio to try and improve on the silver medal she won in London in 2012.
Meanwhile in Portugal the Australian men's K4 1000 crew added another silver medal to their canoe sprint World Cup campaign, their last major race before they defend their Olympic gold medal in Rio.
The crew of Ken Wallace, Jacob Clear, Riley Fitzsimmons and Jordan Wood finished more than two seconds behind the Czech Republic.
The crew, who only began racing together recently, finished the World Cup season with a gold and two silver medals.
Australia is still to finalise the make-up of the K4 crew for Rio, with London gold medallist Murray Stewart planning to join the Australian team at a training camp later this month, and Lachlan Tame also available to join the boat.
In other results over the weekend, two-time World Championship silver medallists Wallace and Tame won silver in the men's K2 1000, with teammates Riley Fitzsimmons and Jordan Wood third.
Lachlan Tame won gold in the non-Olympic K1 500.
