The former model and ex-wife of James Packer is alleged to have crashed her Range Rover into three parked cars in the Sydney suburb of Bellevue Hill in June.
She allegedly recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.181, or more than three times the legal limit, shortly after the crash.
Speaking on her behalf at Waverley Local Court this morning, lawyer Chris Murphy said he had engaged an accident investigation service to take an analysis of the vehicle and the scene.
“It will be a plea and a short matter,” he said.
The case is set to resume on August 20.
