Joyce warns of experiment government

Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce cautions voters from backing the Greens, other minor parties and independents in Saturday's election.

Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce has warned Australians they might end up with an experiment in government if they vote for minor parties.

"I don't think that's what we want, not in these current economic times," he told ABC-TV on Friday.

The latest polls are showing a tight race between the major parties as support for the Greens, other minor parties and independents approaches 30 per cent.
